1 cup soy
Respect vegetable meat half a cup

Toasted flour 2 tbsp
Flaxseed, egg substitute (grind a tablespoon of flaxseed, mix with two tablespoons of water and leave for ten minutes to glaze)
Finely chopped mushrooms 3 pieces
Parsley 1 tbsp
️How to prepare intermediates:
Fry the mushrooms with turmeric and some spices. When the water is drawn, add the fried onion, walnuts, barberry and parsley.
We fry two spoons of tomato paste in oil, then we add some hot onion, spices and coriander, parsley, onion and dill, then we add a cup of boiling water when it is ready.
️ How to prepare roulette:
Put all the ingredients except chickpea flour, breadcrumbs and flaxseed in a food processor and mix. The mixed ingredients should be sticky, like the picture, then add chickpea flour, breadcrumbs and flaxseed. For 2 or 3 hours.
After a few hours, we spread it on cellophane or plastic freezer, pour the pre-prepared middle materials and roll them, and tie the two ends of cellophane or plastic and put them in the refrigerator to rest for another two hours
After two hours, take out the roll and fry it in hot oil and put it in tomato sauce and reduce the oven flame so that the sauce can be eaten
